What can be said other than the plot is awesome the characters are properly developed and this game is amazing. However this is it's only strengths (other than dem graphics), it does suffer from horrible things like bad controls and gruelingly difficult levels under certain circumstances. However this is surpass able when you look at the grand scheme and I recommend this to gamers who are there for the ride. And it is a pretty fun multiplayer.

A great revival to a great series. Sure the controls aren't that popular, that doesn't change my opinion on this game at all. This game still has amazing graphics, plenty of content, great acting, and astounding gameplay. I've been a Mario fan for as long as I can remember and I like this game more than any mario game I've ever played. Don't believe me? I've spent almost 500 hours playing this game! I can go on and on, but unfortunately I only have 750 letters left.

A simply amazing game. Nintendo, you have done it again. Some will complain about the unusual controls, but you get used to them after the 3rd or 2nd level. The controls are actually amazing once you get used to them. The awesome and funny characters leads to hilarious dialogue. The fourth wall doesn't break in this game. It gets utterly demolished by a flaming exploding wrecking ball. For example, Pit: Sheesh this tower is big, I mean this is the first time we had a loading screen in the middle of the level. Palutena: Shhh. they can hear you. Your not supposed to be talking about that. This is just a piece of the humor and fourth wall breaking. Loads of weapons and enemies to fight them with. This game has about 3 major plot twists. Buy it

Kid Icarus: Uprising has temperamental, overcomplicated controls, a boring overly comedic script, and all the enjoy ability of smallpox. Stay well away unless your a hard-core Nintendo fan.

Kid Icarus Uprising Review written Monday, August 5th, 2013 at 12:45 pm.

Why did this game existed? because of Pit's appearance in Brawl, but that's not what dumbs down this game for me. The story while it has an attempt at serious topics it feels like a fairy tale and it would be better for the characters and setting if it would have sticked to that fairy tale style. Gameplay is functional but massy, thank god for that dodging mechanic otherwise it would be even more messy; the fun is definitely the flaying sections, multiplayer is chaotic fun, but it wasn't enough to keep me playing for more than a couple of matches... I can't add more reasons for why this game doesn't cut it, but i have pointed the main reasons why, is a very messy game in general, hopefully in the future the series will get better...

It has some very funny dialogue, brilliant levels and is frankly one of the fastest-paced games I have ever played. The graphics are great for 3DS, the levels, enemies and bosses are really imaginative, and it has one of my favourite soundtracks.

This was my first 3DS game. And still one of my favourites. It takes a brand new spin on an aging hero and a fantastic third-person action/adventure/shooter is born. It does a great job of reintroducing Pit for the modern day, has witty dialogue and a wealth of extras only available from the guy who did SSBB. Overall, this is great.

This game made me a fan of the Kid Icarus series. The characters ( including the villains ) are all likeable, and the story doesn't take itself too seriously, but is still gripping enough to make you want to beat the living crap out of Hades. The gameplay is MILES better than the original, using the full capabilities of the 3DS and just being flat out fun. Almost the Best Game on the 3DS.
